BUSINESS HOURS: We are open from 7 am to 4 pm (pacific time) Monday thru Friday

TERMS: All orders are shipped C.O.D., money order or certified check. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, OR DISCOVER. A deposit is required on all TOOL CHASSIS orders. Shipping and handling charges will be included in C.O.D. charges to the customer.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please inquire for current pricing when placing an order.

FOREIGN ORDERS: All foreign orders must be fully paid in advance, in U.S dollars only, and will be shipped freight collect.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: All outbound TOOL CHASSIS product are carefully inspected and packed prior to shipment, and insured for the full purchase price. Any claims for loss of damage must be made directly to the carrier.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS: Because the TOOL CHASSIS product is built to order for each customer specifically, returned goods will not be accepted.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee, and all freight charges must be paid by the customer. The TOOL CHASSIS product is built to order per customer. Any refused shipment will mean the forfeit of the deposit of the order.

WARRANTY TOOL CHASSIS: assumes no responsibility for death or bodily injury due to improper use of the TOOL CHASSIS line of products. All products manufactured and sold by TOOL CHASSIS carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY that covers the performance and integrity of the materials and workmanship of the product under normal usage. Any misuse of the product will render the warranty null and void. Any will TOOL CHASSIS product that must be returned for a warranty issue must be sent freight pre-paid and insured, and will be refused without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number that is issued by us. The TOOL CHASSIS staff will review the warranty claim and reserve the right to make final decisions regarding repair, refund, or exchange or credit.
